Return Policy

We want our customers to receive the best products, and if you change your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a refund within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send us an email to info@cannabiotix.eu or a letter sent by post regarding exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation deadline.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement of goods for loss of value if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling. We will reimburse you without undue delay, no later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive the goods from you, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods. Payment refunds will be made using the same payment methods that were used for the first transaction, unless otherwise agreed; under no circumstances will you incur any return fees. We may hold back a refund until we receive the goods back. You will send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We kindly ask you to avoid damage and contamination of the goods. The original packaging is a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right to return products and appropriate packaging must be provided to ensure sufficient protection against damage during transport. Replacement of damaged or defective goods. After receiving the parcel, check the goods. We will refund the full purchase price, including shipping and packaging of the product, which is delivered damaged or defective. If the goods are delivered with visible damage caused during delivery, report the defect to the carrier and immediately notify us by email info@cannabiotix.eu. Failure to file a complaint or contact will in no way affect your rights or exercise these rights, in particular your warranty rights. In this way you help us to make our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer. Alternatively, at your choice, we can exchange the product for the same or a similar product (depending on availability in stock).

We reserve the right to refuse to return / exchange the product and recover the cost of return delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have been damaged after delivery or has been used or has traces of use. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return costs are not refundable, provided the delivered goods are damaged or defective.

We send the goods on the next business day after the payment has been credited.

Settlements of transactions by card and e-transfer are carried out via Dotpay.pl.
